1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and n7star (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the n7star online gaming platform accessible at https://n7star.cam and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms or any subsequent modifications, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

Use of the n7star Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in compliance with the legal gambling age requirements of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities within your jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in immediate account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To access the full range of services offered on the n7star Platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with n7star. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

The Company employs a verification process to confirm your identity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Until such verification is completed, the Company may restrict certain account functions, including withdrawals. The Company reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close existing accounts at its sole discretion.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activities.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

The n7star Platform accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Philippine players, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, cryptocurrency, and over-the-counter payment channels. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform, which may vary depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) or cryptocurrency equivalents, and you acknowledge that currency conversion fees may apply when using certain payment methods.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your n7star account are legally obtained and belong to you. The Company prohibits the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities. The Company reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and may request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of transactions.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and processing times as specified on the Platform. The Company endeavors to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated for each payment method, typically within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours for e-wallet withdrawals and up to three (3) business days for bank transfers. However, processing times may be extended due to verification requirements, payment processor delays, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

Before processing any withdrawal, the Company may require you to verify your identity and payment method ownership. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your name. The Company reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests that do not meet verification standards or that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your account activity.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a wagering review to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and bonus terms. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be approved, unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

3.3 Fees and Limits

The Company does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for all fees charged by payment providers. The Company reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and may require players to complete account verification before processing large withdrawal requests. VIP players may be entitled to higher withdrawal limits and expedited processing as outlined in the n7star VIP program terms.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

The Company offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount and/or associated deposit must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Different games contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirements, with slots typically contributing 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute reduced percentages or be excluded entirely. It is your responsibility to review the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

The Company strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems to meet wagering requirements, or any other manipulative practices designed to circumvent bonus terms. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activities.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the n7star Platform utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer equipment to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. The Company partners with licensed and regulated gaming software providers whose systems are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance or, in the case of skill-based games, by a combination of chance and player skill.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or any other artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in games
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation
• Using VPN services or other tools to mask your true location in violation of these Terms
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any Platform software

The Company employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify suspicious activity. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and funds confiscated. The Company reserves the right to report such activities to relevant authorities and payment processors.

5.3 Technical Errors and Disputes

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes or account balances, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. All game results are determined by the Company's gaming servers, and any visual discrepancies on the user interface do not supersede the official server-side results. If you believe a game has malfunctioned or produced an incorrect result, you must notify the Company within fourteen (14) days of the alleged error, after which time no claims will be considered.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

The Company is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and cooling-off periods. You may set these limits through your account settings, and they will become effective immediately or after a reasonable processing period as specified.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a specified period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or claim bonuses. To request self-exclusion, contact our customer support team. The Company will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating new accounts during your self-exclusion period; however, you acknowledge that the ultimate responsibility for controlling your gaming activity rests with you.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. The Company's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Account Closure and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that the Company deems harmful to its business or reputation. Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending bonuses, and the Company may retain your account balance if termination resulted from your breach of these Terms.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you using your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and the Company. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

10. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

The Company may assign i ts rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.
